Cancellation Policies

The Owner/Host/Manager chooses the cancellation policy that suits him most. Adriatic-Home offers three (3) different policies for Traveler Cancellations. Once a booking has been confirmed, the policy is equally binding for both Owner/Host/Manager and Traveler. Any cancellation policy connected to a listing is openly visible to make sure that the Traveler is aware of the terms that they will be bound by when a booking is confirmed.

Flexible

  • For a full refund, the Traveler's cancellation must be made 48 hours before the *check-in
  • If Traveler cancels the booking at any time, will be charged 15% of the total booking value.
  • Example : If Traveler paid a total of €115 and cancels more than 2 days prior to check-in, they would receive a refund of €100.

Moderate

  • For a full refund the Traveller's cancellation must be made 4 days before the *check-in
  • If Traveler cancels the booking at any time, will be charged 15% of the total booking value.
  • Example : If Traveler paid a total of €115 and cancels more than 4 days prior to check-in, they would receive a refund of €100.

Strict

  • For a 50% refund the Traveller's cancellation must be made 1 week before the *check-in
  • If Traveler cancels the booking at any time, will be charged 15% of the total booking value.
  • Example : If Traveler paid a total of €115 and cancels more than 7 days prior to check-in, they would receive a refund of €50.
* check-in = 12 p.m. local time

If Owner/Host/Manager cancel the booking

  • The Owner/Host/Manager will be charged a penalty fee, 15% of the total booking value. Adriatic-Home will deduct this charge from Host's/Owner's/Manager's next booking.
  • The Traveler will receive a full refund of his payment.

Terms and how to cancel a booking:

The cancellation of any booking is only official until you have received a cancellation confirmation email from Adriatic-Home.
Adriatic-Home will mediate between any disputes and reserves the right to decide finally and conclusively on such disputes.
